I have a strong passion for taking care of, training, and developing people to create positive cultures. I also deliver Total Customer Focus (TCF) to meet customer needs and satisfaction. I keep metrics in line to to maximize store profits and overall store performance. I was nominated for the culture award in 2022 finishing third in the company overall.
