To briefly summarize I’m in charge of reading an RX from a doctor specifying what he’d like me to design for his patient. After reading the RX I take scans of the models sent by the doctor. I then design on CAD CAM to create a functional and proper fitting partial denture. I’m then tasked with creating nice looking teeth to add to the base of metal I designed. Finally I finish by creating an export file to send to the print team and placing the file in the proper folder.
Developed detailed CAD models for dental prosthetics using advanced design software.
