Day to day my responsibilities are to efficiently operate the tire and lube section of the shop, i.e., oil changes , programming vehicle software, tire concerns. When all work is caught up I'm given miscellaneous tasks to demonstrate my knowledge and skill as a technician while growing into a more advanced position.

• During working hours I would be in charge of the miscellaneous work such as coolant/ oil leak repairs, drivability concerns, and vehicle maintenance items. Some of the repairs I learned to perform were engine oil pan replacements, valve covers seals, and evaporator cores. When need arose I would assist the foreman in making sure the shop was running efficiently.
• Grasped a good foundation of technician fundamental knowledge on how to work efficiently and minimize potential for comebacks.
• It was where I learned I was certain I wanted to be an automotive technician.

Spent time learning how to work on a variety of cars and and operate basic shop tools
