Intel Consignment Inventory
Problem: Intel was consuming consignment material w/ out invoicing a PO + the consignment material in their sites was stagnant for over a year
- Stagnant material in plants in the Americas and Asia
- Analyzed our data vs Intel to determine where biggest discrepancies were
- Coordinated field audits with FSE’s and Intel supply chain at eight global sites
- Analyzed audit data to determine delta between qty of consignment we have reported on our book’s vs actual qty Intel had in their possession
- Relayed discrepancies to Intel and determined they could submit a PO buyback
- For material with lower qty than our books, an RMA was recommended (after careful consideration of potential losses from operational costs to store the material back in our sites)
RSM Opportunity Management (C4C)
- Managed $2.1 million portfolio of Opps with Rich Sales distributor
- Updates to the weekly production meeting
- Reframed pipeline status and stages of sales cycle
- Configured Opps for distributor to create quotes in (CPQ)
Aftermarket Opps Management
- Managed a separate portfolio with distributor for aftermarket spares/service
- Worked with sales support team to manage weekly updates and coordinate with service team
- Re-quoted outdated opportunities
Rep Commission Audits
- Calculated accurate rep commissions and verified with finance team
- Worked with sales and CS to determine new processes that don't require RSM approval to calculate (SOL files already updated and determined to be accurate by RSM prior to commission verification. This simplification eliminates unnecessary steps)
Sales Pipeline Health
- Weekly update for sales director starting FY 26
- Analyzed RSM’s backlog, OE needed/target, target/actual revenue per week
- Created a Power BI to track necessary order qty/funnel size to achieve fiscal goals
- Calculated weekly for funnel size adjustment & tracked opps created/orders won
The purpose is to ensure pipelines are growing and to avoid falling short of target goals for FY 26. It’s also meant to develop the health of the pipeline for FY27 by preventing compounding losses and maintaining a healthy backlog

- Purpose of visit was to align w/ Intel on issues with Vantage software and failing valves
