As Millwright General Foreman I assigned work and schedules for both internal and sub fabrication. Managed a group of foreman and delegated responsibilities to ensure project efficiency. Reassigned manpower to accommodate workflow fluctuations and create training opportunities. Collaborated with purchasing to avoid Scheduling issues. And led team in troubleshooting mechanical and engineering issues to complete the project.

As the Millwright Assembly Foreman my responsibilities included assembly management, quality assurance, millwright training and safety. I supervised fabrication, fit and weld, subfabrication inspection, assembly of equipment, shipping preparation and load out as well as managing customer acceptance tests and shop run offs.

I was in charge of projects fit and weld, assembly and customer acceptance tests. Managing the manpower and their safety to complete the projects with the scheduled time, on budget and at the highest quality. This included working with project managers, engineers, shipping and receiving personnel, field superintendents and sub contracted skilled trades.

I preformed service and technical troubleshooting on all electrical and mechanical aspects of low pressure water and steam boilers. Installed new systems, retrofitted existing systems to customer specifications and welded pressure vessels and steam lines.

I fabricated, fit up, welded and assembled components for automotive, fiberglass, bulk handling and mining equipment.

I fabricated, fit up and welded all components of automotive conveyor systems according to blueprint specifications.
