I've been a passionate member of Dynatrace's customer success team for over 6 years and I see the SE role as the perfect next step in my career at Dynatrace.
My time in the customer success org has introduced me too and honed many skills such as interpersonal and professional communication, Dynatrace product knowledge, time management, how effectively working with others, and it's gotten me acquainted with business travel. Overall, the SE role is not only something that I see myself as a excellent fit for given the solid foundation my 6 years in customer success have provided, but an exciting new challenge to continue honing these skills and an opportunity for me to provide even more valuable experiences to our clients and the company as whole.
