I attended a Youth Leadership Program called HOBY. It was a life-changing experience that pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow as a leader and person.The workshops and activities taught me about different leadership styles, community service, and leading with empathy and integrity. I made lasting friendships with students of different cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. HOBY empowered me to take initiative in my school and community, deepening my understanding of leadership and motivating me to be more engaged and service-oriented in everything.
