Leads account management for the Public sector marketplace, managing a portfolio with ARR of $2 million. Customers include Library of Congress and Centers for Disease Control, City of New York.


Previously U.S. Legal market CS Team Lead from 2019 to 2021. Hired to start CS process and build team with Series A. Hired and trained two industry veterans to assume CS roles. NDR grew from 180k to 1 million Annual.
