Started on the site when they were pouring half of the 2nd floor. Assisted with re-shoring and patching under the pour, on the west side of the building.
Erected scaffold on the west side of the building that connected the 1st floor to the 3rd floor, in addition to building towers for the next pour.
Team Leader of the re-shore crew from the basement, floors 1-16 which included installation, removal and re-organizing them logistically for effective reuse.
Assisted my journeyman with any safety-related issues, which included tethering of pole shores on the slab edge and installation of safety cable in between columns and on the pole shores (created a 2nd line of defense in case tethering was not strong enough).
Built temporary safety rails on both stairwells, located on the north side of the building.
Assisted with building and disassembling the stair towers.
The building had a staircase design and stepped in periodically on the south side of the building, whereby I assisted my journeyman with flying in tables, that were located on the south side of the building.
Framed boxouts on various floors and built towers on pour day. When something needed to get done, I was the guy called on to do it.

Started with Peri Panel Systems for the 1st floor. Built towers and assisted my Journeymen with whatever they needed. Also, helped with re-shoring and patching until we got to the 3rd floor.
Erected Scaffold for the north side of the building and underneath the pool on the 2nd floor.
I was put on the Re-shoring Crew after the 3rd floor. We re-shored a majority of both buildings. Also, helped in other areas of the site (Disassembling shoes, making sure pole shores were secure with safety cable, as well as helping on the deck, and building/disassembling Ganged Forms).
Helped the Windscreen Crew take out shoes and fix nettings. In addition, taking the time to make sure everything was safe and secure with safety cable.
Closer to the end of the project, I helped disassemble windscreens on Building A (North) until both buildings were topped off.

Started on the base foundation for both buildings (Doka Forms, Plywood Forms, Baseplates, Keyways, Cutting, and Layouts).
Once we got out of the ground, I was put on the Scaffolding team. The scaffolding team worked on both buildings with a pour schedule of every other day.
Before each pour, I patched and re-shored to maintain the slab stability.
I also participated in some deck work (Edge form, Kickers, Safety rails, Netting, Baseplates, Etc.)
Was laid off once we topped off Building A, with only 4 floors left on Building B
