• Performed Gas Piping Repairs either found and repaired on the spot or due to Gas Utilities shutting down gas to building and having to pressure test building and making all necessary piping repairs and sometimes completely repiping all gas piping to the commercial kitchens, commercial boilers, and roof top units. These gas piping repairs were mostly in the NYC Department Of Education.
• Commercial Boiler Technician that Serviced Oil or Gas and Dual Fuel Burners. Troubleshooted all Types of Boiler & Burner issues, Installed New Boiler and Burner controls, Upgraded outdated controls, and Converted Flame Safeguard controls.
