My name is Jerald Chadwick. I am a 51 year-old husband and father of three still at home and three grown children. I have over 30 years experience in the construction industry ranging anywhere from laying mainline pipelines building compressor stations working in various production plants such as chronicle Phillips Valero .Since 2014 I have been working in the commercial industrial industry. This includes working on water tube and fire to boilers in various applications ranging from Mom and cleaners to power plants. I have spent the last eight years working for a couple of different mechanical contractors installing and performing various types of maintenance on fire to boilers in hospitals schools and feed lots at which the boiler was the blood of the system. Through this I have gained experience in troubleshooting boiler burner management systems heating water management systems loop systems and have always had a lead job guiding men to perform a task that was on time and on money that showcase excellent craftsmanship. Through the years I have learned humility through mistakes in my own personal life, as well as on the job taking each as an opportunity to learn and grow in anything and everything that I’ve done I am a person that believes that if you are on time, you were already 15 minutes late, I do my best to lead by example and I will never ask a man to do anything that I’m not willing to do myself. I believe that is all that he has and that integrity in the world is a lost art. I am a Christian man who put God first family second and I believe in doing a good job every day
