• Ocean Breeze Track and Field Athletic Complex - $93 Million Dollar Contract - Ocean Breeze Track and Field Athletic Complex is a 135,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art indoor track and field facility in Ocean Breeze, Park Staten Island. This athletic complex was funded by the City's PlaNYC initiative, with construction managed in coordination with New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC).The facility is a premier destination for athletic events, drawing competitors from around the region. The elite-level hydraulically-banked competition track can convert from eight to six lanes and incline up to 4.5 feet. The facility boasts commanding views of the nearby Verrazano-Narrows Bridge and the Freedom Tower in lower Manhattan. The warm-up area features fitness and cardio rooms, and there's a covered parking lot that accommodates 160 cars.
• West 59th Street Marine Transfer Station Rehabilitation - $46 Million Dollar Contract - A severely deteriorated 1901 shipping terminal was rehabilitated to serve as a state-of-the-art municipal solid waste barge transfer facility, managed in coordination with the New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC). Portions of the structure were salvaged and incorporated into the renovated facility to meet New York City's stringent land use requirements. The project included extensive remodeling, replacement and modernization of architectural, structural, foundation, HVAC and electrical systems. The remodeled facility consists of an approach platform, enclosed access ramp, truck dumping floor, barge berthing areas and a two-story Operations Building.
