I Am a Marine Corps veteran who has been employed with Verizon almost seven years. I am a dedicated working and very good with customers and troubleshooting issues. During my time in the military I was in charge of inspecting multiple pieces of aviation life support equipment for naval and marine corps pilots.
These special pieces of equipment are vital to the pilots communication, mission effectiveness and survival. While following publications I was able to manufacture flight suits and maintain parachutes and ejection seats for over 30 F18’s while also maintaining over 120 pilots gear.
This experience has helped me manage my work load at Verizon and take care of my customers in a timely and professional manner. My attention to detail has reflected by having very little rework and the great customer feedback I receive.
