Provide Exceptional Member Support every day with a positive attitude by promptly answering incoming phone calls , resolving billing issues, posting member payments accurately and in a timely manner, Transferring Electric Services.
Assist Members/ Customers resolve their questions and concerns while developing strong relationships with members through respectful genuine communication and effective problem-solving skills, knowledge of products and services when assisting customers with inquiries, contributing to member knowledge and increased upsell opportunities.
Work with the internal departments of the Coop including Billing, Technical Support, Operations, Accounting when necessary to resolve customer concerns and needs.
