
As a Party Host/Event Host at Battle Gr Tactical Games, i've learned to work in coordinating events and leading teams with a positive attitude. I've developed knowledge in in multitasking and communication, enhancing customer experiences at corporate events and kids camps. With working at Once upon a Child and Kid to Kid as a customer service representative I gained organizational skills and sales transactions, consistently ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. In High School I also helped host and work with kids who wanted to play sports through sport camps. This taught me how to coach different playing styles and adapt to how kids learned certain things.
As a customer representative at kid to kid, I just took my experience from once upon a child.
-I learned how to price tag clothes, and make sure they looked organized and well for customers to see
- I did back stock, so I would put items in certain spots when they didn't need to be on the floor at the time.
-I checked customers out learning how to use the computer system, as well as the system that we used when we bought clothes from customers.
