Since2018, I've been working for construction. I do pretty much everything in that field that involves operating a skidsteer machine. It's a big responsibility. I have seen many come and go. Because they aren't up to the task. I however consider myself a problem solver, team builder. I'm a people person, love working with people and team solving. I truly believe it's the best way to keep things running. Communication is key. Before my job, landscaping ever since I graduated high school I've been self employed. Mainly doing sells. During this time I sold home appliances, furniture. So I'm pretty good at marketing as well. Whatever skills I still need to learn.
