I was responsible for winding up rubber in spools for Car, SUV & Motorcycle tires. After the spools were full, I'd load them onto a truck for a servicer to grab them and take them to the build shop.

Dispatch would give directions on who to pick up and the location of pick up and drop off. I would transport clients to and from medical appointments, physical therapy sessions, hospital discharges and sometimes even mall visits. I'd also help them in and out of their wheelchair, load the wheelchair on to the vehicle and secure it before transporting.

I was responsible for taking the goods from the delivery truck and stocking the shelves in the back room. I'd handle market, clothing, electronics and cleaning products.

As a customer care representative, I'd answer phone calls and explain to customers how their plan works, the benefits and coverage pertaining to medical, pharmacy, dental and vision.

I handled calls from homeowners regarding their mortgage. I'd give the amount of their loan, the type of mortgage and how their interest rates adjusted based on the market. I would also give them details on their escrow account and contacted other departments for escalated issues.

I took orders in the lobby, drive-thru and prepped food. I would also clean, help unload the delivery truck and clean the store.
