Summary
A long history and experience of dealing with people has earned me a beneficial skill in people management. Along with my time here at RCA, I have learned how to maneuver the building and have demonstrated strong showing of control and maturity as many patients have had outbursts to the kitchen staff. My love for creating strong bonds with people will lead me far and I hope to take my second step with this company by becoming an RSS.

- Kept dishes, utensils and glassware clean and rotated following safety standards set by restaurant.
- This position also included being a part time server. Here is where I met with many patients and built strong bonds with them with the little time I saw them. It was here many of them wrote me letters and some even gave me shout outs.

- Cooking fries, burgers, dressing the burgers, talking to customers, and most importantly, making sure the food is safe
- Something new from Starbucks is safe food preparation
- Under cooking a burger or leaving a fry in the fryer for too long can make people sick or ruin a meal
- Learning these new techniques and using some from Starbucks has helped me plenty during my new job

- Needed to be a barista were good time management skills and also thinking quickly when multiple orders came in
- I made good bonds with almost all of my coworkers, some I still talk to to this day
- It was a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, but hard work gets you through it
