- Every weekday, my shift at Dunkin' Baskin would start promptly at 12pm and end between 5pm and 6pm, depending on the day. Occasionally, I'd stay a bit longer if a crew member was late or if the store was exceptionally busy. I typically assisted in running the store with 2-3 other crew members, while our manager handled ice cream cake orders and office tasks. We were instructed to seek our manager's help if the store became overwhelmed or if a situation needed special attention. Over time, I cultivated a warm and friendly rapport with both my coworkers and our regular customers. I made it a point to greet each customer with a kind and cooperative attitude, aiming to help them navigate their day to the best of my ability. I endeavored to perform each task meticulously to minimize errors, ensuring a smooth experience for customers and colleagues alike. My daily responsibilities included:
- Taking customer orders at the front of the store and the drive-thru
- Preparing food, drinks, and ice cream orders
- Handling, counting, and depositing cash from my register

Additional Information
I resigned from my position at Dunkin' Baskin and left Westmont shortly after the first week of June 2023, due to my family's relocation to a new house. We managed to sell our old Chicago residence after a year on the market. Following the sale, we immediately transitioned into our new home, coinciding with my departure from Dunkin' Baskin. As a first-time homeowner, I've been actively involved in maintaining the house, running errands, coordinating phone calls and appointments for my deaf mother, aiding my father with his house search and move, and methodically transferring our possessions from storage to our new abode.
