My shift is AM and I am the one who opens the station so I take care of preparing what is needed in my station and at the same time filling my station.

There I prepare and fill my station from 7:30 am to 12 pm and from 12 pm to 4 pm I take out customer orders during the service.
I also take care of cutting and chopping the vegetables and cooking them.
Help the Chef and my co-workers also in whatever is needed.
