Once the trailer is loaded I securely strap and tarp the load to DOT requirements and transport to desired location

Operate a bag maker the receives product from a 14 head statistical weigher ensure quality of the product such as correct weight correct price date all seals of the bag is properly sealed and make sure the right product is in the bag no mixed products

Make sure boards are sanded to desired thickness

and ensure boards and cut to required grooves and depths

Sanitation

Clean and sanitize machines used to slaughter chickens

Swab machines after cleaning checking for bacteria

Forklift

Operate forklift in a safe manner transporting chicken to and from refrigerated tractor trailers
