• Communicates in a tactful, courteous, professional, and helpful manner with all patients. Handles conflict and problems in dealing with the customer constructively and appropriately. Assist with dispensing the accurate medications to the accurate patient.
• Prepares controlled substance prescription orders in accordance with the controlled substance. Receives and verifies inventory with VA Logistic Officer in accordance with the VA policies and procedures for receiving controlled substances.
