I am a second-year student at Quinnipiac University majoring in health sciences on the pa-prep track. I would love to be a physician assistant one day and implement preventative medicine. I like to stay organized and solve problems that make my grey matter break a sweat! My EMT training taught me how to think on my feet and desire to pursue emergency medicine. I also volunteered at a nursing home in North Branford, where I learned many social skills working with older age groups.
Rigorous coursework in my biology and chemistry lectures and lab has also inspired me to research antibiotic/opioid resistance. I love learning about how the body works and how medications interact with the human body. I stand for inclusivity and spreading kindness in society!
