Hobbies

I've fallen in love with shooting and in my opinion its very similar to how nurses operate. You need to be calm but firm when handling the weapon, just like when handling a patient, you must have boundaries while providing gentle and empathetic patient care. When shooting, safety is a priority as it is in patient care. You're always aiming at the target as precise as possible, like focusing on patient's recovery goals while being accurate as possible with medications. I look forward to falling in love with nursing like I did with shooting. Im excited to grow as a new nurse and for the opportunities it will bring.
