• Navigated through ambiguity by identifying process gaps and advocated revamp of the Firebase Office Hours + Partnerships program. Executed on communications, website re-design, and Salesforce activities.
• Took ownership by creating project plans and routinely reviewed the Firebase Support and Salesforce team projects such as Chat Support Integration, CSAT Survey Improvements, Buganizer migration. Led status reporting for this program.
• Created a Super-Chat web-app using React and Firebase with Firebase's Translation Extension. Retrospected the activity to allow the Firebase team enhance the experience of Firebase customers. Collaborated in Engineering - Support syncs and Developer Relations Engineering - Support Trainings.
• Collaborated in AI/LLM initiatives in Firebase Support to kick-start the project plan of the new Support Agent Assist program. Investigated and conducted a competitive analysis of (Google) CRM tools allowing chat/chatbot capabilities using AI/LLM to help the Firebase Support team triage customers effectively.

Part of the Core Engineering organization team, LinkedIn Business Platform which manages the commerce domain (Contracts, Billing, Customer Data, Payments, etc.) for LinkedIn.

• Lead TPM on LinkedIn Admin Center, a product to manage LinkedIn customer's contracts and billings with LinkedIn Talent Solutions. Coordinated requirements, scheduling, and execution.
• Drove alignment in terms of project timelines/strategy and worked cross-functionally with Engineering, TPM, Product, Design, Product Marketing, Finance, Security, and Testing teams.
• Reported project statuses to facilitate delivery schedules, manage bottlenecks, and mitigated risks. Created an organized planning structure with JIRA plans to track the project. Conducted quarterly and fiscal year planning with the team.
• Built LinkedIn Business Platform's internal core team website using Confluence. Collaborated with many stakeholders to identify and document LBP strategies, processes, and other team-related activities.

• Oversee project management for Customer Management (CDMS) and coordinate requirements, scheduling, and execution between Engineering, TPM, Finance, and External teams. Defining new processes for the seamless organization of projects for the team.
• Conducted Quarterly Planning with engineering teams. Experience writing Semester Technical Review documentation of org technology and products developed by engineers.
• Managed JIRA tickets and created dashboards to communicate tasks and assess any risks cross-functionally. Reported project statuses to facilitate delivery schedules and triage bottlenecks.
• Conceptualized and executed a defined process for company-wide horizontal initiatives. Led two projects: 1. Big Data Table Migration to a newly defined table and 2. Migration of on-prem UMP data to Microsoft Azure to comply with the new company-wide cloud infrastructure mandate.

Part of the Google Cloud Security Remediation Team. The team identified policy violations across various Google cloud resources and remediates them. These remediations are Google-wide initiatives, hence large scale and require automation first approach.

• As an initial member of the team, identified pain points for deploying and managing organization policies for the customers of the Google Cloud Platform. Identified classes of policy violations to influence the prioritization of Remediation programs.
• CloudSQL Authorized Networks Remediation, Domain Restricted Sharing Remediation, Service Account Key Remediation: Created and collaborated on the tactical plan, crafted communication campaigns, and created post-mortem and retrospective reports to successfully remediate >5000 policy violations in a span of 6 months
• Proposed and operationalized Cloud Security Remediation Champions program to make remediation proactive and better suited to individual team's needs.
• Trained xfn teams on the use of Google's internal automation tools by creating case studies of the impact of automation on our team's tasks.
• Created, managed, and updated the team page and websites.

Part of the Ecosystem Team in the Intent-Based Networking Group (~4B val) at Cisco which manages extended partner solutions to help customers of Cisco products better manage their network infrastructure.

• Carried out data-driven needs and gap analysis to enable strategic prioritization of partner integrations. Quantified the contribution of ecosystem integrations to the overall company revenue.
• Authored python scripts to quicken the analysis of sales data (https://github.com/aciguru). Built tableau dashboards for various stakeholders (PM, Engineering, and Executive teams)
• Supported global GTM strategy by managing multi-million cooperative ecosystem partnerships with Ansible and Terraform (open-source configuration management tools for Cisco ACI's network infrastructure)
• Conducted customer interviews and case studies to identify new business opportunities and recommend product changes to help customers achieve their goals. Collaborated with the marketing team and functional management to achieve business and marketing strategy objectives.
• Conducted customer demos and was part of the evangelist team at Cisco Live (a quarterly ecosystem conference). Updated, redesigned, and managed the team's documentation sites.
