- Handled all out going records for packaging.
- Hand records off to technical services for appropriate sign off.
- Take records for senior quality Assurance Rep sign off after I have placed date of manufacture and / expiration dates
- Produced thorough reports detailing findings and proposed recommendations.
- Works directly with operations planners over chats and calls for schedule of upcoming records and any issues that may arise before during and after issuance or printing of those records.
- Attend daily meeting for scheduling
- Independently work minimal supervision
- Ensure all work is complete in a timely manner
- Multitask to accomplish all work,meetings and sign offs
- Answer request for additional pages of records and/ or forms and get them out quickly as to not shut down production
- If at all possible stay 2 weeks ahead of schedule to not create delays in work.
- Always ensure current versions are being used and all information is complete and correct
- Consulted with management and personnel to educate on QA standards.
- Answer any questions needed about process.
- Trained many new people on the process as a fall back protocol for weekends,nights and unexpected leaves.

- I have Fantastic communication skills. Working in the pharmaceutical industry patients lives depend on this to make sure quality production is coming through the facility and all criteria is met . All areas especially Quality Assurance must make this high importance!
- Organization is another skill I am able to do well. I have to be able to do this in order to multi task and get documents where they need to be or reviewed correctly in a timely manner to ensure the quality aspect of this job is complete.
