Territory Sales Manager
- Multi-State Territory (12 States)
- Drive revenue growth by selling solution-based product lines to existing and new wholesale customers across a 12-state territory.
- Manage full sales cycle using Salesforce and NetSuite, including pipeline tracking, forecasting, and opportunity development.
- Identify and expand white-space revenue opportunities through consultative conversations and Sandler sales methodology.
- Build trusted relationships with distributors and decision-makers to increase product adoption and long-term loyalty.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, warranty, and technical teams to resolve RMAs, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance on water well, drilling, plumbing, and electrical products to support customer success.
