  • This data is used to create rigorous and targeted intervention for my students.
  • Using this information, I create Tier III Action Plans to target goals.
  • Every two weeks, I progress monitor my students and create data binders to use with students so they are always aware of their progress.

  • Informal and summative assessments are used to gauge where students are.
  • Small groups are used consistently in my classroom to help students who are struggling to grasp grade level concepts.
  • I also use workstations where students are able to work together on previously taught skills as well as keep students engaged in digital lessons that are geared towards their strengths and weaknesses.
  • It is important for me to work closely with our Special Education teacher, GT teacher, and interventionists to make sure I am helping my students meet their goals and close any learning gaps.
