My responsibility in this job is to greet every customer I come across while ringing up and assisting any customers that are ready to checkout with the most positive attitude. As well as making sure the customer has found every thing they were looking for to make sure they leave satisfied and happy with their grocery trip with us guaranteeing they will come back to shop with us again.

Over the two years I worked for this company I worked in multiple departments including bakery, cashier, and curbside pickup orders. My job was to always greet each and every customer. Depending which department I was working in I had different responsibilities. As a cashier, my responsibility was to scan each item, process payments, and even check for ID if the customer was purchasing restricted items. I was always able to provide excellent customer service no matter where I was working.

During the years I worked at this job, I was in charge of answering phone calls, filing, mailing bills, reading/answering emails, & setting up appointments.
