Managed aquatic operations for over 10 years, ensuring safety and compliance. Began aquatics career in Florida as a beach lifeguard, worked for the City of Boulder as Pool manager and after a career in law enforcement currently work for the Town of Erie where I am responsible for maintaining pool operations, hiring and training of over 50 lifeguards, scheduling lifeguards and tracking employee professional development. Hold numerous certificates and trainings to include: CPO certified, Stenner Pump Technician, Lifeguard Instructor, CPR Instructor and several CPRA symposiums and conferences.

Worked as a Police Officer assigned to Patrol.

Worked with multidisciplinary team in combating Human Trafficking. In addition to writing reports, search warrants and numerous types of documentation, duties included assisting with case preparation, developing witnesses, teaching classes and presenting at meetings. Certified in practical application of the Forensic Experiential Trauma Interview.

Worked as a Police Officer assigned to Patrol and Investigations. Duties included the following, Patrol Officer, SWAT Operator, Fraud Detective, Child Victim Unit Detective/Instructor, Sex Crimes Detective/ Instructor, CVSA Examiner, Honor Guard, and Forensic Interviewer. Completed over 200 hours of training in various law enforcement fields, began and developed a Boxing Club for Commerce City youth, received several letters of commendation and two awards.

Responsible for safety and efficient running of City of Boulder Swimming Pools. Duties included training, hiring and discipline of between 30 and 50 lifeguards. Scheduling of lifeguard shifts, pool activities and training sessions. Completing monthly payroll and assisting with budgeting. Additional duties included heading the Water Safety/Swim Lessons School and acting as liaison between the City of Boulder upper management and the public.
