assist clients with their activities of daily living. Duties include: assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, and companionship.

In this industry I learned many skills. I started as a general production worker. I worked wherever I was needed. Then, I became a machine operator, making sure that the product was made according to product guidelines. I obtained a forklift operator license, trained as a lead and obtained certification, worked in the ingredient room. The ingredient room is an important responsibility because if you mess up in there you ruin the whole product.

In this company I assisted with taking orders, working at the cash register and sometimes in the grill area. I enjoyed this job because I learned many different tasks and I assisted customers and made sure that they were satisfied.
