I was the Head Lifeguard at the country club, this summer of 2026. My responsibilities were combining pool safety oversight, member support, and calm response under pressure. As well as managing schedules, and taking over when my boss wasn't present. I monitored swimmers, delivered first aid, and kept the pool area clean and organized so the facility stays ready for daily use. - Clean the pool area by vacuuming, scrubbing tiles and walls, and removing skimmers and trash.
