• Working with children ages one to five-years-old, with occasional experience with elementary school-aged children.

• Responsible for setting up childcare classrooms, including organising closet inventory for the children's necessities, restocking snacks, water, and cleaning materials, turning on music for the kids, and preparing daily and weekly curricula, crafts, and activities for the children.

• Responsible for keeping track of attendance as well as the general safety of each child.

• Responsible for diaper-changing and assisting children at the potty-training level with the restroom.

• Responsible for diaper changing, potty-training assistance, and the general safety and well-being of the children.

• Supervised children in outdoor areas frequently.

• Supervised children as they created seasonal crafts for their families.

• Constant customer interaction, which allowed for proficient skill-building in customer service and unique scenarios each shift.

• Money-handling and counting at the start of opening shifts and the end of every closing shift.

• Consistently cleaning the restroom, lobby, and every used service multiple times throughout each shift (mopping, wiping down surfaces with sanitising solutions, sweeping, etc.)

• Prepping vegetables and add-ons for each bowl and plate in advance; also prepping the bowls and plates themselves upon a customer ordering, and accurately handing out orders to each customer.

• Problem-solving during rushes and/or when a mistake was made; cooperating alongside coworkers to designate specific jobs, especially during rushes.
