Summary

I have been a lead and trainer at the Disneyland Resort for 9 years and have had the opportunity of being a part of two opening teams for Pixar Pier and Avengers Campus. I was also a part of the team in charge of rolling out and training hundreds of Cast Members on various new practices at the resort including our POS system, Appetize as well as Electric Cart Safety updates. As part of my passion for the environment and the company's zero waste by 2030, I have helped achieve that by being an Environmental Team Champion and assisting in rolling out the glove waste pilot in Avengers Campus.

  • Learned a new POS system and work with a Team to develop a successful instructional course to teach Hourly and Salaried Food and Beverage Cast Members across the Resort
