I washed pots, pans and utensils, to be brought out to the cooks, in a timely manner. I also, scraped trays, and wiped down carts. I took the tempurure of the Big and small dish machines. I cleaned up, after I finished my work (every time) I cleaned; cups, plates, lids (top and bottom) before running them through the dish machines. When the machine, is unfortunately not operable, I used the remaining one, and my work, was always done, on time

• I was helping on cold food prep (when needed) I was mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash (collecting the trash) and cleaning off the surfaces, therefore, once the come in (in the early morning) they will have a clean surface, to put the unprepared food items, on the surfaces. I always listened to my superiors..
