At National Electric Coil the position for {TAPER} was new to me, the description for that position was taping coils with different materials and have a set of 72 with more than 12 people handling the different supplies. This was as demanded by customer sales. There I also was intrigued by the installation of the coils in the train motors and was asked to be moved to that department, there was very challenging due to male dominated.
