Armando Flores

I have worked as an interpreter for the last 35 years and as a musician for the last 30 years, Throughout my youth I had a number of odd jobs. I worked in some movie theaters as a projectionist and in the concessions area, as a salesman in a clothing store, as a waiter in a couple of Cuban restaurants and in a fast food restaurant, I also worked as a bookkeeper for a couple of years.

• For the last 35 years or so, I have been an interpreter; mostly, in California. As an interpreter, I had to go to Court Houses, Doctor’s and attorney’s offices where I translated the testimony and statements of Spanish speaking deponents, patients and clients into English and the questions back into Spanish.
