Speaking on the horrific accident that happened to me. A piece of machinery, weighing 3,500 lbs., fell on top of me. It happened two days before my and my wife's wedding. It broke my back, broke seven ribs, lacerated my colon, ruptured my spleen, and totally dislocated my left knee. I was twenty eight at the time. It partially paralyzed me from the waist down.

I spent two months in the hospital. And, another two months in a rehabilitation center, learning how to walk again.

My wife, Kim, and I have spent almost 30 years, traveling and sharing our story in song and speech.
