Assist consumer with creating a Wellness Recovery Plan and using to identify and manage triggers and symptoms that may lead to relapse or crisis.

Demonstrate an ability to develop respectful interpersonal relationships with consumers while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

In coordination with a multidisciplinary teams, assist consumer in selecting services and or programs that wil be useful in achieving their recovery goals.

Provide support assistance to and the modeling og self-efficacy with the consumers to help identify access and effectively utilize the community resources.
