1. Uses critical thinking skills to assess the basic physical, psychological, social, cultural, spiritual, and developmental needs of patients and families. Communicates findings to appropriate healthcare team members.

• Collects data from all applicable resources; organizes assessment data so that it is complete and accessible; and then documents findings in medical records or other appropriate documents.

3. Evaluates the care and treatments provided to the patient and the patient response to the care and treatments. Performs timely re-assessment and documentation:

• Evaluates patient's response to treatment/care and modifies plan of care as needed.

• Subject matter expert of Immunization Clinic at SRP site 2022. Established and trained 3 Soldiers which now oversee clinic.
• Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge of Separation Health and Physical Exam (SHPE). Oversees 9 providers, family nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Performed supervisor role that assists Soldiers complete final medical record.
• Infection Control Coordinator 2022 Fort Hood; submitted monthly AMP Tracer audits to identify problems on clinical services and addressed them via staff education.

• Chosen to train incoming Nursing Assistant's at 4A Medicine Unit by attending preceptor course given by Audy Murphy Education
• Worked closely with Nursing staff at multiple units within the hospital
• Part of a team of Nursing Staff with duties that include: Blood sugar testing, vital signs entry (automated and manually through CPRS), EKG testing, bladder scans, one to one observation of patients that require it, safe transport of patients to scheduled procedures or discharges, telemetry placement, and safe transport of lab-work among other duties.

• Worked with company medical section as element of Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF); advised company commander on medical planning and execution; responsible for health, welfare, morale, and supervision of B-Co; administered emergency and routine medical treatment; provided emergency evacuation assets for company; responsible for one Stryker Medical Evacuation Variant (MEV) and all equipment valued in excess of $2,500,000.00
