Managed daily operations and maintenance of a 50-story high-rise residential building with 387 apartments and a 12-story parking garage accommodating 600 vehicles along with a 20,000 gallon pool. Oversaw critical mechanical systems including 2 high pressure Camus boilers, chillers, cooling towers, PRVs, and booster pumps to ensure safe and efficient building performance. Supervised and coordinated a team of four maintenance technicians, ensuring tasks were completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards while assisting the Chief Engineer with overall building operations. Managed daily work orders, apartment turnovers, preventive maintenance, and general building repairs to support resident satisfaction and property functionality. Directed financial tracking for all engineering department needs, balancing the costs of critical equipment upgrades, inventory for work orders, and vendor/contractor agreements.

Assisted in the maintenance and daily operations of a 15-story residential building with 141 apartments. Maintained and monitored critical building systems including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, PRVs, and booster pumps to ensure reliable and efficient performance. Supported the Chief Engineer with day-to-day operations, coordinated apartment turnovers, completed resident work orders, and handled general building maintenance and repairs.
