• Senior Scrum Master and Lead Business Systems Analyst on a large scale project on IT operational transformation and business process re-engineering with about 40 teams and 400 team members.
• Conducted story writing workshops and interviews with Business stake holders, leadership teams to come up with the business rules to set up alerts for the MyView application used to calculate the NAV.
• Worked with the UI team to design an interface that would match the needs of the operations staff.
