I worked closely with management. I assisted with transporting food from one facility to the next. I assisted my stewarding managers, and the chefs with plate-ups. I had to know how to service the dish machine, by servicing I mean checking the detergent, temperatures, and cleaning out the machine every 3 hrs. I cleaned the crestcors / hot box, where food was stored for transport. I had to collect and take out all the garbage, when I was the yardsmen. Had to make sure that things were set-up for the next shift.

I also performed general labor jobs while at HireQuest llc.

Anything from construction clean-up, to carpenter's helper at the Boeing Paint facility in North Charleston. I was also promoted to foreman at the paint facility. I have rod busted/ steel tying, I have poured a little concrete, I have drilled for water, using a form of sand blasting. I rigged at Kinder Morgan, worked the concrete ships and ran the Coal harpers.
