Route 29 Widening Project – Planning and Scheduling

Managed the Route 29 widening project using Primavera P6, focusing on Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling to ensure efficient timeline adherence and resource allocation. Enhanced project efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction through strategic planning and innovative solutions.
