While working at Blue boar tavern overnight my duties included cooking all dishes to order, prepare and cup all sauces, keep all BOH areas sanitized and etc. In addition, I also had the duties of refiling all containers and prepping the kitchen for the next shift. Towards then end of the night I held responsibility for all cleaning for BOH and bathrooms
