While working at Blue boar tavern overnight my duties included cooking all dishes to order, prepare and cup all sauces, keep all BOH areas sanitized and etc. In addition, I also had the duties of refiling all containers and prepping the kitchen for the next shift. Towards then end of the night I held responsibility for all cleaning for BOH and bathrooms

• Moved furniture and boxes using utility dolly and truck ramp.
• Disconnected and reconstructed furniture by removing headboards from bed frames, unscrewing mirrors from dressers.
• Strapped items down over protective padding to secure throughout transportation.
• Arranged items at destination according to customer requests and instructions.
