I’m a motivated and tech-focused enthusiast with a background in sales coordination and customer service, currently transitioning into the IT and cybersecurity field. After earning my Associate Degree in Computer Science from Miami Dade College, I began pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity to deepen my technology solutions. At RAVICH Corp, I gained valuable experience managing clients, using CRM systems, and supporting process improvements, all while developing a strong interest in technology solutions. I’m eager to apply my communication skills, attention to detail, and technical foundation in an IT support, help desk, or entry-level cybersecurity role. Participated in Hackathon 2023 as part of a 3–4 person team to develop a prototype for a location-based tracking tool, similar to Apple’s Find My. The app was designed to help users share and track real-time location data with friends or family. Contributed to brainstorming, user interface design, and planning out app functionality. Gained hands-on experience working in a fast-paced team setting, applying core computer science concepts, and presenting a working demo under time pressure.
