• Support to include but not limited to Cisco and HP switches, HP Servers, VMWare, Cisco and Aruba access and routers points, AD, ADP, Lotus Notes, Zimbra, Nomadix, Windows XP and 7, MS Office, Cisco VPN, Trend Micro, POS systems, notebooks, desktops, thin clients, and in-house software.
• Support POS software and hardware, such as Prophetline and Aloha; and Label/Receipt printers.
• Support business iPhones and iPads connecting to email through MobileIron.
• Help with setting up network and phone system for events and tournaments at clubs.
• Data entry via Service Desk Plus including submitting kb reports for solution to new problems.
