Most of my work has been inside sales organizations that were producing results without a clear structure behind them. I’ve led and rebuilt sales systems across automotive retail, B2B, music retail, and consulting environments. The strongest example was rebuilding the revenue system at Copple Cars, where we drove ~65% YoY total gross growth, increased unit volume 14%, and improved close rate from 13% to 28%.
My work sits between sales enablement, revenue operations, and GTM execution. I focus on finding where revenue is being lost, tightening qualification and pipeline movement, and building repeatable systems that make performance less dependent on individual instinct.
