Health, Strength and Weight Lifting, Promoting a Healthier Lifestyle. AED and CPR certified

I have had a lifelong passion for health, wellness, fitness, and rehabilitation among injured individuals. I played hockey from the ages of 4 until 20 years old. I had a promising future in hockey but knew my passion lay somewhere else. At that time in fall of 2020, I stopped playing hockey and decided to start to get on a different track in my life. So, at that point I got my personal training certification and decided to start going to school for Kinesiology. Ever since then I have been working at F45 training, independently training hockey players, training hockey teams, and working with older adults in both individual as well as small group settings. I am constantly reading and staying up-to-date with the latest research in relation to health and wellness working on expanding upon my base of knowledge on a daily basis. My main goal is to elevate the general population's health and wellness at a time when we need it so badly in the United States with the obesity rates continuing to climb, and more people are developing chronic ailments partly due to their sedentary lifestyles.
