• Coordinate staffing, routing, and dispatch to improve efficiency and reduce downtime by 10–15%
• Execute DRO planning to align couriers with optimal routes, improving on-time delivery performance
• Supervise and support sort operations, ensuring all freight meets dispatch deadlines
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards, consistently exceeding NAUTO and VTRACK performance goals
• Manage timecards, payroll processes, and labor tracking with high accuracy
• Resolve operational issues including package exceptions, POD corrections, address corrections (ITQA), and damaged freight, reducing service failures
